Preston Bailey è nato il 25 Luglio 2000.Ha iniziato a recitare all'età di due. Ha avuto ruoli di guest star in varie serie tv importanti come Criminal Minds, How I Met Your Mother, Numb3rs, e Strong Medicine. Sul grande schermo Bailey è stato lanciato dal film Nothing But the Truth, nel ruolo di Timmy, figlio di Kate Beckinsale e David Schwimmer.
E' stato scelto da Variety Magazine come uno dei suoi ambasciatori del Power of Youth.
Nel telefilm della Showtime,
Dexter, interpreta Cody, il figlio di Rita, la compagna di Dexter.
